Garantija LTD was founded in 1991 when Latvia was in the throes of regaining
its independence, but the real beginning can be tracked to 1989, when the present
management of the company received their first order from the Government.
Selling of the real estate became the main area of company s operations.
In 1994 the Company opened its first supermarket Garantija that is situated in the centre of Ventspils.
Achievements in these work fields approved competence and competitiveness of the
company in the latvian market. Meanwhile company succeed on the external markets
in such area as gold selling.
Garantija LTD has successfully worked with partners in Germany, Finland, Russia,
Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates and Turkey. After having more than 14 years of operations
in the market the paid-up fixed capital of the company was raised from 4.000$ to 200.000$.
Nowadays the company’s main activity is property leasing and gold trade (Garantija Ltd has a gold trade license). Its real estate in Ventspils: two-storeyed building and land in the centre of the city, as well as country estate with 27 objects including. Total area is 11,8 ha.
